Mercy worked in various leadership capacities in both the public and private sectors in Ghana, Burkina Faso and Namibia. She acquired further experience working as a freelance consultant in Germany. Mercy is a Corporate Trainer and an Organizational Development expert with over 15 years of experience, rendering services to both local and multinational organizations. Mercy is passionate about Youth Development and is the Co-founder of Third Sector Foundation Ghana, an NGO contributing its quota to National Development
She holds a Masters in International Business and Consulting (IHRM) from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and a Master of Philosophy degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana. She holds a PhD Industrial and Organizational Psychology .
