Mercy DeSouza (Ph.D)
Principal Consultant
Mercy has held various leadership roles across the public and private sectors in Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Namibia. She also gained valuable experience working as a freelance consultant in Germany.
As a Corporate Trainer and Organizational Development expert with over 15 years of experience, Mercy has provided services to both local and multinational organizations. She is deeply passionate about youth development and is the Co-founder of Third Sector Foundation Ghana, an NGO dedicated to contributing to national development.
Mercy holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business and Consulting (IHRM) from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
